Vladimir Olshansky is back! He has toured with the world famous Cirque du Soleil “Alegria” as a clown guest artist, and worked as a principal in Slava Polunin’s Snow Show in Europe’s biggest theatres. But now Vladimir Olshansky, the internationally acclaimed artist, breaks the Fringe record (2006) with his new show “STRANGE GAMES,” as many of the audience comes back to see it three- four times! The same success accompanies STRANGE GAMES during its performances at Erlangen International Theatre and Art Festival June 26 - July 1st 2007, Germany. As well as at its performance in Warsaw Iternational Cross Culture Festival (September 2007) in Rome Italy in October 2007 at the Furio Camillo Theatre and in Florence in December 2007.. In 2008 the show becomes a hit of Avignon Festival Off, marked by Marseillese as “Unforgetable! Magic!”

Based on the principals of Commedia dell’ Arte STRANGE GAMES is a metaphysical comedy. Its language is poetry and dreams, expressed through the elements of circus and clown theatre. A graduate of The Moscow Circus School, Vladimir Olshansky has performed as a clown actor with theatres all over the world developing in parallel his own vision of clown art.
